A Low-impact, sweat inducing, sculpting, fusion of classic barre exercises, dance, and Pilates performed to the beat of the music. Our Barre is grounded in Pilates and in addition can add a cardio option. Our barre experience focuses on precision, balance, cardio, and core strength as we adapt from standing to floor exercises. In person or on-demand classes available.

Reformer Privates

The Pilates reformer is an amazing piece of apparatus unlike no other, which helps you to find length and space in the body while under spring tension. Yoga Renew

This class sequences a series of standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers with a deep awareness on connection to breath and movement. Let go of stress, build strength, balance and flexibility. Leave feeling revived, calm and renewed. Suitable for all levels.

HIIT & Flow

A challenging and effective full body sweat through the use of high intensity interval training, followed by Hatha and yin yoga postures, encouraging a gradual cool down while connecting to the breath, body and mind. Additionally, finishing off with a reiki-infused savasana allowing for deep relaxation. Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing technique ,which promotes harmony and balance to the physical and subtle body, helping to restore your physical and emotional well-being.

Pure Power

An efficient and challenging “boot-camp-style” class. Expect a full-body workout! This class will progress through various muscle groups with an emphasis on interval training, utilizing various concepts such as aerobic work, endurance exercises, and dynamic balance challenges.


Born in the Navy SEALs, Total Resistance eXercise is a suspension-training bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Mommy and me

A combination of our Sculpt and Tone class with Pure Power, this class will entail a challenging, safe, and fun workout for mom and baby. Movements will be designed for your baby-wearing needs. Bring a blanket, toys, and baby carrier (if applicable) for your little one. Pelvic-floor-friendly exercises and diastasis recti safety are always at the forefront of our teaching. Great for all levels.
