Our Mission

Exhale Fitness is dedicated to providing mind, body and soul movements to help people reach their health and fitness goals. It was created by certified instructors who are passionate about seeing people succeed and live a healthy, fit and soulful life. We offer a variety of classes designed to maximize our clients’ needs, wants, and potential.

What do we do?

Group Classes

If you’re looking for a class that will give you a sense of community, look no farther. Work out with friends (or undiscovered friends!), and feel the camaraderie of others to push the energy and your workout!


Semi-Privates

Just you and a couple friends. For those looking for a smaller class (2-4) with more individualized attention. Must be pre-arranged with the instructor. If you’re interested, contact us!


Private Lessons

If one-on-one is more your speed, private lessons might be for you. Your instructor will provide personal feedback and corrections, designing a program built just for you, wherever you’re at in your fitness journey. Must be pre-arranged with the instructor. If you’re interested, contact us!


Group or Team Privates

If you have a Birthday day party, special function or team, private group lesson might be right for you. We can team teach or provide a single instructor and tailor the class to your needs.

Tiffini Fedoruk


Tiffini is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary with the Victoria Island Youth Dance Theatre. A passion for teaching lead her to complete the Teacher Training Program at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, and pursue further teacher training at the Cecchetti Dance Theatre in Edmonton.


Following a hiatus from dance, during which she completed several diplomas in nutrition, Tiffini eventually returned to the world of movement, this time from a fitness perspective.


First becoming a barre instructor through Xtend Barre, she then dove into Pilates and other related brands, earning her STOTT PILATES® Mat and Reformer Certification, Garuda® Apparatus, Mat work, and Seated Standing, Brick, Merrithew™ Fascial Movement®, Piloxing® SSP, Piloxing® Barre, TRX Suspension Training.


I love coaching people and watching them grow in all ways lead her to becoming a transformational laser coach, and Estima Diet Health Practitioner as well as an intuitive angel card reader. Ask her for more info.


“I’m a huge mover, and from a young age, I was drawn to teaching people new things or ways to do things, especially in movement. Helping people and watching them grow in their own strengths and journey is one of my greatest rewards. I find such gratitude when people reach their own goals on their journey they never though were possible.

My wish is that my clients take one thing from every class I teach. Whether it’s how to breathe or the thought the we are much stronger then our mind leads on, I want people to remember elements of my class in their daily life.”

Tana Graham


Tana has an extensive background teaching various styles of Dance, Yoga, Barre, TRX, and fitness classes over the past 20 years, as well as weight loss and lifestyle coaching. She holds certifications in TRX, PUR Barre, Xtend Barre, RYT500 and Prenatal Yoga Teacher certifications, Zumba, and is a trained Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute. She currently resides in Sherwood Park, Alberta where she continues to train and pursue her love for teaching and coaching.


Her passion for dance started at the age of 4 and this lead her to a professional career dancing on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, travelling to China to tour in a Hip Hop Crew with Third Street Beat and making it to the top 100 dancers on the TV show So You Think You Can Dance Canada Season 2. She enjoys adjudicating and inspiring dancers to find inner strength, confidence and courage in which they can apply to all areas of their life.


While facing many injuries along the way she found Yoga and was amazed at how much peace and healing yoga brought to her body and mind. This combined with her huge love for fitness and years of expertise, education and training, Tana brings dynamic, challenging, fun, full body workouts to all ages and abilities.
